I using GB-PVR with my WinTV PVR-350 and IR remote. I have TV out enabled. Is there any way to use the IR remote while having the GB-PVR window on my PC minimized?
I am using GB-PVR with my WinTV PVR-350 with TV out. TV out works fine mostly, but for some reason, the TV out goes to a solid red screen on my TV. I can go back to the menu screen on my PC and still navigate with the IR remote but I can't get rid of the red screen on my TV. The only way to fix this is to restart GB-PVR, but I don't wanna do that while I am watching/recording a program.
After trying gbpvr a couple of months ago with limited success, I spent some time trying MCE2005 and the FusionHDTV system as I have a FusionHDTV Plus card.
On both these systems I would get a lockup of one sort or another at least once a day and the wife was getting ready to walk out.
I have over the past couple of weeks installed the latest version of gbpvr and must say that the experience has been excellent.
The installation went without a hitch and I haven't had anything lockup since the installation over a week ago.

There is one small annoyance and that is when you select a program from the TV Guide the options are:
Exit
Quick Rec
Record
Watch
and the Exit option has the focus.
I would have thought the object of selecting the program was to watch it and wonder why that option doesn't have the focus, a simple click OK on the remote and you are watching the program, now you have to move the remote down 3 times before selecting the OK button, it may seem as small issue but believe me for the wife it is a problem.
Is it possible to provide a configuration option to select which item to be the default highlight?
Regardless of the above I believe gbpvr is leaving the other system behind.
Does gbpvr support the sabrent SAA7130 TV/FM capture card with remote? if not what are the chances of it being supported anytime soon? gbpvr looks sweet and i cant wait to get it running on my machine. keep up the great work.

File conversions on archive.
If you are like me then you use VA's archive function to move older recordings to a second drive. Wouldn't it be nice if VA could convert the recording to, say, an .avi using GB-PVR's new conversion features while transfering the recordings to your back-up drive? It certainly would...
When I try to playback any tv show using the gbpvr player, there is about a 1 inch flashing bar on the bottom of the screen. I am guessing there is some setting that needs to be changed for this because if I play the video on mediaplayer it plays back fine. Has anyone got any ideas for how to fix this?

I've got a Roslyn tuner card, and would like to be able to use the audio inputs to record audio tracks. Will GB-PVR do this? If not now - in the future? If not then, do you know of any other audio recording software that will work with the Roslyn card?
Anyone else have this problem? Ever since I have connected my MVP I can no longer see PC's in my workgroup. I can access them by IP, or by \\{servername}\shared dir but not when browsing. It's not a big deal, but I am not thrilled about it either.
