I am having a problem with my guide. It displays the information from zap2it however the time for shows is 3 hours off. I can't seem to get the tv shows to display at the proper time. I have tried changing my time zone settings and double checking my zap2it listings. Both are in proper order. Not sure what is causing the problem. I am in the Eastern U.S. Any ideas?
Got a curious problem. When I watch a recoded show or while it's recording and I want to skip ahead, I hit the >| to skip forward. However, that causes the WAVE volume in my volume control to zero out. The same happens if I use |<. HOWEVER, I don't have that problem hitting either >> or << although I have to pause first and resume for normal playback. I'm using an Audigy MP3+, a PVR-150 and release 0.94.13.
Otherwise, these releases are visibly improving. Keep up the outstanding work!
First off, let me just say that this software is awesome. It does everything I hoped it would do, and requires very little trouble shooting to get it working.
I bought an MCE remote and it worked with GBPVR right out of the box... but only for some functions. Up/down/left/right seemed to work okay, but the other buttons were hit or miss as to their functionality. I think I have an older/less featured version of the remote or something.
I'd heard that I should download HIP, as that would intercept my remote signals and I could assign them keystrokes instead. I set it up this way, and it's working great! Well, except that now every time I hit a key, the program reads it as hitting the key twice. If I hit channel up, it goes up 2 channels. Same for every button.
Obviously this wasn't an issue when I wasn't using HIP and simply using the built-in MCE functions. I assume HIP is at fault, but I could find very little trouble shooting info on the net about them at all, much less this problem specifically.
I'd like the best of both worlds, obviously. The reliability of the built-in MCE functions as well as the functionality of the HIP keyboard stroke replacement stuff. Any ideas?
I just downloaded GBPVR today and was playing around with some of the plugins. How do I configure the Stock plugin to display the desired stocks. CUrrently, after the plugin install, i get an empty table.
I'm a newbie at this... any suggestions would be great!
Using GBPVR with a Haup 150. Finally got dualview set-up with my vid card, and I have the nVidia preferences set to launch GBPVR only on my 2nd monitor (TV). Everything looks good, only problem is that when I do something on the computer (surf the net, open a folder, etc.) the remote no longer has control over the TV and GBPVR. To remedy, I have to hit menu, and on my monitor I can see the application selection box popup (what you see when you hit alt-tab), then I have to select GBPVR with the remote and I'll be able to control GBPVR again. But only until someone does something on the computer.
Any ideas for an easy fix?
On a separate note, when GBPVR launches on my TV, it leaves a little white bar at the top of the screen. I've heard a lot about overscan and things of this nature, but have no idea where to look for an adjustment.
This problem just started when i moved from one place to the other.
I have sound on all channels except on channels 15-20. The weird thing is sometimes if i watch the channel long enough i will get sound, other times no sound no matter how long i am watching the channel.
Can anyone help me? My card is HAUPPAUGE WINTV PVR-150 MPEG2 PCI TV TUNER W/ REMOTE and this problem is making me want to take back the card. I also never had this problem before i moved, once i moved this problem starts.
EDIT: GpPVR problem..getting this error, ERROR: Unable to load DLL (hwcIRblast.dll)
im trying to find a good free burner for my music 3, nerocmd makes it difficult to get the percent complete back (like if i redirect the standard output for some reason it doesnt show up until after the lead in has been writting and its about half way thru the first track), cd express (or something along those lines) doesnt display the percentage anyway for me to easily get (in the window title would be nice and easier, similar to dbpoweramp), so anyone know any tool that allows you to burn mp3s (and maybe wma, ogg, ape) from either the command line (with a popup window with progress) or accessible via a dll in c# ?
im really trying to make it possible to show the current status of the burning cd to the user (its handy to have) but nerocmd doesnt make it easy, cdrecord you have to first convert to wav files, its driving me nuts......
