GBPVR is great, I installed it last week and I love it.
Just one thing thought : I'm a bit frustrated about the application freezing.
First things first, the environment :
-Win2000 Server SP4
-Hauppauge 150
-Geforce 4400 Ti
What I noticed is simple, if I leave the application alone for a several hours and then try to schedule a task, delete a completed task, update a task, all that while a show is recording, then the application freezes.
Only way to resolve the issue : restart the recording service using its tray icon.
> Drawback : the recording that was active restarts and deletes whatever was recorded so far
(it would be nice to create a backup of the existing file prior to do that)
I looked in the logs, no errors there... I disabled McAfee antivirus on the GBPVR install folder without any luck...
OK I installed the GB-PVR and configured the EPG guide. And it worked fine for the first source. Then I went back to their sight and added the other channels that I wanted in the guide For a new source to get the channels for the Salite Guide. And it starts to go ok then it says processing Zap2it then it says that it cannot Process and that the EPG must be configured wrong. What Am I doing wrong. I just added 6 new channels from my C-Band Salite.
Help!
I would really like to get this program working. And will it work with the X10 RF remote from Nvidia. Also I The Nvidia Personal Cinema FX5700 card and it dosent see it. Any Help would be Great!
I installed GB-pvr, with my PVR250. Â Everything works great on my monitor. Â If I set the tv output on my video card to display the same thing as my monitor everything works prefectly. Â However when I try to set my tv as an extension to my monitor, gbpvr won't open. Â When I click on it, an error box comes up with a button on it, but there are no words or message. Â If you click the button the box goes away, and gbpvr doesn't start. Â The video card is a Hercules 3D 9200. Â Anyone have any suggestions? Â Below are the last few things in the logs when it is trying to load. Â Is there a better decoder? I was using the Nvidia DVD decoder or something I think.

I am using gbpvr 0.9.10 on a fresh install of winxp. I tried re-installing gbpvr but am still encountering the same error. I am at a loss at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The same setup has worked on my previous install without any issues.
Hi
I have 2 tuners andall is working but I have put in to much channels - and I want to delete them - but I cannot find a way to delete them in the capture source.
Also I am wondering if there is an easy way to copy channels between tuners?
I have been using GB-PVR for about 4 months now and I have never managed to use the web scheduling/admin tool.
Is there a how-to or FAQ for this functionality?
Also, is there a log file for this tool?
All I know is that I can surf to the login in page and enter the admin user/pass and an error message states:
"Invalid username or password."
I have installed GB-PVR but i can't get a tv picture at all, it just says "Starting Timeshift Mode TV. Please Wait" and that's your lot
Can Anyone help?
anyone who can explain why I cannot use the same channel numbers used in Win2000 in GBPVR? (talking about source channels in recording source in config)
in Win2000 I use channel 5 for "SVTV1" and in GBPVR I have to use channel 20.
Channel 5 in GBPVR does not show any picture.
I use cable and the cable provider says channel K5 for "SVTV1"
Anyone who can explain the difference between K channels and S channels?
also I tried the tuning assistant and then tried so use the frequency in win2000 and I had to add 7Mhz to be correct which is a little bit strange
