The way I was checking for a new version, was clicking on download and reading the version on the dialog box (currently 23.13) and comparing to 'changes.txt' (latest entry is for 23.11). So I thought I was usng 23.11, and downloaded the current, installed it. But changes.txt hasn't changed! I was using 23.13 all along!
My wife or I will frequently fire up solitare. One thing I have noticed is that the shuffle routine doesn't seem thorough. I will frequently have as the last cards in the deck, 4-A of spades, once I had 8-A of spades, all in order. I was wondering what the shuffle logic was. I really like the interface, and I use GB-PVR almost exclusively via my MVP.
Sometimes, I use the net radio and solitare simutaniously works great.
One other thing, the 5s, and 6s, look too similar from across the room, even on my 36". Is that a font that is user selectable?
I had GBPVR working fine for over a month now. I went on a business trip for a week and now it's not working. My wife was using it and she doesn't touch anything except for the tvguide but she said it stopped working on Thursday.
The video comes on for a split second then goes to black screen. I hit exit and a GB-PVR error pops up. The only button that works is Quit.

ive updated the "my" series so that when gbpvr is updated the settings are saved, but yo MUST run the config application select "my videos" goto settings, click ok, goto "my music" click settings, click ok, goto "my pictures" click settings, click ok. by entering settings for each plugin this ensures the config.xml file is updated for each plugin, and this is where the update occurs, also if you dont do this, the plugins wont work. my programs didnt need this update since its already designed this way.
I have a Pentium 4 dedicated box for PVR. The WAF (wife acceptance factor) is tough with the response time. I would like to speed up the functions so that when you navigate through the menus with the remote it responds faster; especially starting up and using the TV Guide.
Hi id like the ability to record two shows and play one back using wintv pvr 150's and still have plenty of power left over. Im looking at a Semperon 2500 or 2800? or do i need something more powerful
My Weather plugin button disappeared from the menu after I switch to the FBHVOrage (Flat Blue High Visibility - Orange) skin. I am using the Weather Plugin version 2.21.
I the weather plugin worked fine under the blue skin but does not seem to work with any other skins.
Any suggestions to isolate the problem would be greatly appreciated.
