I am using the NVidia decoder that comes with NVDVD 2.27. When I got to view live tv, the picture is all scrambled. InterVideo Codec works fine, and NVidia audio codec is fine too. Am I doing something wrong here? Has anyone had difficulty with this driver? Thanks...
Everyting else seems to be working, but in the last couple of weeks, my web scheduler is kindof screwy, see pic below. Â Does anybody know why it would look like this, and why the time pull-down and forward buttons aren't showing up? Â The GB-PVR Guide within the program work fine, and my EPG is updating normally.
I have a DCT2244 (I think) for Comcast Cable. I bought a Hauppauge 150 (#1045) and am loving GB-PVR!
I plan on moving the cable box to my PC with the 150 in it, and tuning the box with the PC. What are my options?
I have the blaster that came with the card, and I think the cable box also supports serial. It has a 9 pin "Data" port on the back.
And how do I tell it to tune 1-99 via the card, and 101+ on the box and record via the a/v jacks?
Are there any USB TV tuner/recievers that you could suggest that are compatible with GB-PVR? My mini-ITX machine only has 1 PCI slot which is currently occupied by a Sigma X-card.
I have been trying to get the X-card remote working with GB-PVR for over a moth now with no luck. I've tried using girder but the remote seems to need some software assistance to get the IR reciever, either that or I am just seriously missing some settings somewhere. If anyone has been able to get the x-card remote to work PLEASE let me know. I had previously been using Jovehost, but when they changed to TVedia the $60 price tag became WAY too high and I am trying to find an alternative.
Hey, I would really love to see an ability to watch the shows while they ae recoding... either watch it live while its recording, or to start from the begining while its recording... Thanks!
The Resume function worked fine for me in the past, but with the new release, I never get the prompt for resume (I have set the checkmark in the "Misc" part of config).
I was poking around the files in the gbpvr folder and came across the direct.ini. Is there any detail on the settings in there?
For instance: [SETUP-VideoProcAmp] section
Can this be used, say instead of graphedit to keep the sharpness set to it's highest setting? (I use a pvr-150 so you almost have to up the sharp)
I looked in config but saw no where to set these values...
I would really love to see a feature that allowed us to not only use the guide to see whats on other channles, but also move forward and backward in the time
