For those of us with only 1 tuner, its a pain when there are 2 things on at the same time we want to watch.
It would be absolutely great is GB-PVR had some kind of peer-2-peer file sharing, that would let you download one of the 'wanted' recordings off of another user.
I am not sure on the legalities, but I would have thought this is legal as you have paid to have the broadcast already - just couldnt watch it because you watched something else.
I know its probably a massive feature to add (unless you can somehow cheaply add an existing protocol to do this).
Hi,
Yesterday I had some mpeg-cutting to do. So I fired up nanoPEG (it was included with the PVR350, and have used it up till now, without too much pain  ). The recent recordings can be opened with nanopeg, but I cannot scroll through them. So cutting a file has become virtually impossible with nanopeg.
Fortunately, I had cutterman and PVAStrumento on my pvr-machine and they worked well. I used to get quite some errors when demuxing with PVAStrumento, but with the two files I cut yesterday none appeared.

each time i try and use skinHelper.getWHATEVER it returns null. the skin file is fine, i can check to see if the node exists, and it does, but still getting null exception, any thoughts?
Sub has invested a lot of time and money into this free product, which is on par with or better than any commercial software on the market.
We at least owe him enough donations to cover his web hosting costs and to cover the hardware needed to develop and test the software.
Supporting and improving software that is as complex as GB-PVR has become is tedious time consuming work. If we expect sub to keep improving it let's not also force him to shell out more of his own money.
A month ago I donated about half of what I would have paid for an equivalent commercial product. The software has improved so much in the last month that I'm going to donate the other half now. Please join me in supporting sub and his great product! The donate button is at the upper right corner of your screen.
When ever I close and reexecute the config program, I always get nothing in my capture source list.
In the Capture Source tab, I click Add, use the direct capture source plugin (h. pvr250), leave the settings as-is because they seem fine, use zap2-it (in the usa), give it my login/password, then click "Ok" on the bottom of the dialog.
I then exit and reexecute the config software, but there is now nothing in the list. The other settings in the program seem to save with out trouble.
Is this some sort of bug? Am I over looking a step? Is there a 'save' button that I can't seem to locate?
Thank you, I look forward to succesfuly using your software,
J. Lennox
