Any way to config this to start from computer start up..

I've had the unfortunate experience lately of having some scheduled recordings fail, due to insufficient disk space. However, they are seen as "Available" in the GB-PVR UI and web interface.

Today it was summer, and I went to the beach.

BTW, here is the view today from the "GB-PVR office".

I don’t know although I suspect that this is related to installed SP2 for Windows XP (Home Edition). Now almost every time I start the Media MVP it gets stuck on the blue boot screen and the message on the bottom cycles between “Contacting DHCP server” and “Contacting MediaMVP BootServer”

The GB-PVR log file says this:

In the listing of available recordings in the Manage Recordings tab of the web interface, I have several bogus entries with Status NONE!!. They are listed as manual recordings with timestamps of 12:00 AM Monday, January 01, 2001. How do I get rid of those?

I noticed that in Manage.aspx.cs you've got the code below. Does this work yet or is there an easy way for me to enable downloading files from the Web interface by changing a couple of variables?

Another nice thing to have would be to have a user be able to specify the maximum amount of disk space that can be used by recording. So a user could state say 40 GB to recordings, and recordings after that would either cease or automatically expire with the oldest (and/or lesser priority) shows getting deleted first.

Great, great job so far. You're leaps and bounds ahead of any other freeware PVR out there.

One feature that I'd like to see would be to be able to prioritize one show over another if there were a conflict in scheduling between them. Maybe somewhere in the Recurring menu, be able to manually sort the shows that you're recording in a user specified order and should there be a conflict, one show will be selectively recorded over another show?

I set GBPVR to wakeup my pc but nothing happens. In the BIOS the wakeup time is not changed to the time setup in GBPVR.
Does this function work and if yes on my asus A7V?
I read GBPVR can wake up for recordings too, but does not on my PC, why?

Perhaps slightly off-topic, but does anyone have any suggestions on archiving videos you've recorded (using GB-PVR, of course)? My disks are approaching full and I'd like to save the video files off to DVD. I don't care about making them into real playable DVD's, just some way to store them on DVDs in a more compact format. What would be a good format to convert them to? WMA? Divx? MPEG4? What would be a good tool (freeware preferred)? I can tolerate some loss of quality but would like to have something better than VHS quality. Most of them were recorded at the High Quality setting and are about 2G/30min. Any suggestions or pointers to more info would be appreciated...
