First things first - this is an amazing peice of software - even more amazing is the price!

My setup is as follows:

PVR 350
AMD Athlon 1GHZ
ASUS V9180 video card
256MB RAM

The problem:

I tried using the TV out on the PVR 350 but got the system crashes (not a GB-PVR problem) so decided to use the TV out on the video card which is fine for playing back recorded shows but stutters/jitters when watching Live TV.

Any ideas/solutions? - do i need more ram? or is it a disk access issue? (I have gb-pvr installed on C:, video files are stored on d:...)

I looked at GBpvr's logfil and find out that

this 2 files are 120 MB on 6 hours

as you see it's many lines per second. This means My disk are working hole time

totaly I have nowe 500 Mb logfiles
Can I stop this loging ?

Every time I exit GBpvr. I can not restart the program
I get an error message "This system does not support VRM9 please try a diffrent render."
Wintv2000 working , after reboot it's working again
What can I do to stop this?

Is there a setting to adjust the color intensity of each color? The red out on the PVR350 is too bright on my TV.

I recently install GB-PVR and have been unable to get it to display LiveTv either though the Live TV or Guide selections. Sometimes I get a static screen and other times nothing happens. The installation seemed to go ok and the guide data downloaded ok from Zap2IT.

I do have two tuners in the Pc one is a Hauppague 250 and the other is a Hauppague USB2. I told GB-PVR to use the USB2 tuner as the tuning device . The 250 does not have a cable feed connected to it. How does the GB-PVR know to select the USB2 and not the 250? I did a search but did not find much information on multiple tuner problems. Any help would be appreciated.

How about a combination of Jukebox and Picture Library. Have it rotate through a selected directory of jpg's while playing mp3's.

My first post - I have the PVR350 (just got it a week ago).

I have tried everything i can think of to try and get sound (Live TV) out of my machine but get nothing.

I've tried numerous drivers for both the PVR350 and the AC97 onboard (nforce2) audio but GBPVR will not play sound. If i play music or a dvd with GBPVR - i get sound.

The Wintv2000 application as well as SageTV,BeyondTV and Showshifter all have sound on live tv.

I have set the "hardware decoder device" to software and have tried both the "intervideo NonCSS" decoders as well as system default. and every other one listed - Nvidea, sonic etc.

Any help would be appreciated!

A stop button.

A highlight on the active song, or a "Now playing" text field.

Video Library
The possibility to turn off OSD on slower machines.
If possible, a way to sync the audio/video like in Mplayer.

TV Guide
Automaticly remove padding if you choose to record two or more programs in a row.
A way to edit scheduled recordings that has not yet started.

I am just wondering if it works with the Nebula Electronics DigiTV card.

I am building a new HTPC system and I am undecided between an Hauppauge win-tv 350 and a Nebula card. The later is particularly appealing, because of the possibility of having freeview channels all in one card.

Let me have your thoughts.

I have a problem that all video plays okay at it's correct aspect ratio except DivX files. I guess this is because they are encoded with the black bars at the top and bottom trimmed off them. All other programs play them back okay, but GBPVR stretches them to fill the screen. Is there some way I can stop this happening?
