I have a small personal collection of dvds that I have ripped using dvd decrypter and edited with IFOedit so I have ended up with just the movie files and one audio stream. These are currently saved in the following format

C:\DVDS\MOVIES\TOMB RAIDER\VIDEO_TS

with a file list

What do I need to do to the file to get it to play using the decoder? Stupid question probably but have not being playing with GBPVR or the pvr350 for very long.

Hi.

First, I just downloaded the software and have been playing it for about 2 days. WOW! I really like it.

I have a PVR-250 card with 2 video sources. Digital cable is going into the S-VIdeo port and and the satellite is going into composite port. (this will have to do until I get two cards.)

I have zap2it set up to provide 2 feeds.

The problem is that there are situations where the same channel number is used for different channels on each source. The EPG display handles it but just tosses the items that were duplicate at the end of ths list.

Is there any way the sort can be changed so that, for example, two channel 201s can be beside each other?

Hi, just got a PVR350 and using GB_PVR - love it.

what my question is when viewing live tv i dont seem to get a full 4:3 screen? tried changeing to pan and scan.
Im using a nvidia geforce2 using tv out.

is this normal.

A simple newbie Q.  Am running v18l and have managed to get TV programme information displayed via GrabEPG9(v1.4).

However I cannot see how to get back to the Main Menu from the TV Guide Page.  All the other pages seem to have a route back.  What am I missing?

Is there any possibility to start and/or shutdown the videoserver by GN-PVR via MVP?

Its sportive but basically a mess to run down- and upstairs to do this job if server is down in the cellar and TV/MVP is in the living room (I think a usual config).

My current setup is working well to schedule, record and play from terrestrial TV ie BBC1,BBC2 etc


What is the best/easy way to channel change a UK Telewest Digital cable box using a IR blaster?
Any hardware/software recommendations? I was thinking of Girder, not to sure about hardware though.

How to set up gbpvr to record from Svideo in in addition to "normal" analog tv?
I added a 2nd source in gbpvr config, switched it to svideo so far. What channel does pvr350 svideo in use? Do i need to add EPG information to this source seperate to the EPG containing the analog tv?

I'm having a problem though.. I do not know wich card to select in the "capture sorces" section.. I've managed to install the correct EPG, but I can't run the live TV.
