I downloaded the latest Weather plugin and unzipped it to the plugins folder and now the weather button is not displayed on the main screen. I set it in the configuration and still no button. Is there something I should doing?

How do I change the volume without using ir.exe?

I am one of the many people who have trouble with the OSD on the PVR 350 card. I have seen many threads on this subject and it all comes down to a driver problem. The main answer I see on the Forum is that Hauppauge is going to come out with a driver that resolves these problems.

Over the last couple of days I have been able to contact Hauppauge and they stated that they are completely unaware of any video out problems with any software being used with their card and have no plans to make any changes to video out in the next driver release or any other ones.

I am in no way complaining to the SUB (who is doing a unreal job on this project), just though that pvr 350 users should be aware of this. More important, people who are about purchase a pvr 350 card should know this. I hope I am way off but this is what Hauppauge stated to me in an e-mail today.

I'd like to see a pinned thread where sub has the first thread and puts all he features to come and their priority. Exaple:

I'm loading a hashtable for the icons like you suggested and it was working fine.  Now that I have them all, however, it seems to throw an exception.  Here is whats in the log:

If I comment out some of the icon load statements the exception goes away. Is there some hard limit as to the size of a hashtable?

I am a longtime visual c++ programmer and this is my first venture into C# so forgive the question

How would I put up a 'loading' screen to indicate the plugin was going out on the net to gather data (like the weather data for example)?  I don't see how I would render the loading screen and return to gb-pvr and still go out, get the data, and render the 'real' weather screen.

Do we need a new plugin method like:

Is it possible to use GB-PVR only for watching TV? How would it be possible?
I couldn't get a XMLTV-File for my location (Austria/Europe)?
Would it be possible to scan for the avaliable channels?

I am trying to configure the channel setup (The Netherlands). When using the Hauppage software, I can finetune (+ or -).

My cablecompany delivers some (quite a bit) channels in like this:

Station Channel Frequency
TMF The Music Factory 22+ 482.25

When I just give channel #22 I don't get any signal, so it needs to be finetuned (or the frequency keyed in). Is there any way to do this?
(the channels that don't have + or - work perfectly)
