I am having trouble fetching all my EPG data from Schedules Direct. I contacted them to see if the issue was on their end... it wasn't. currently about 50% of my channels are missing data. I noticed the problem 3 days ago and began debugging from there. I have isolated the problem to NextPVR but cannot figure it out. I have attached my logs for reference. The problem persists between versions 3.5.7 and 3.6.6 and there is no difference between a manual or automatic update.
I now am back into using NextPVR, but only use it to stream the current output of my Skybox, either via a sd capture card or the HDPVR.
I watch the streams either using VLC and the 'live?channnel=' command, or using Psycik's Plex channel.
I've noticed that if I wake the PC up using WOL, then it will go back to sleep when I am streaming from the PC.
I've changed my power settings, and if I wake the PC with the keyboard, it will stay on until I sleep it.
Ideally, I'd like it to stay awake when streaming, even on an unattended wake so I can change the power settings to sleep after XX minutes.
I'm pretty sure it works fine with the client connecting.
Is there any setting in NextPVR to combat the issue, or do I need to set something on PC for unattended wake ups.
I apparently messed up my channel listings beyond redemption, assisted by a change in cable companies. I simply wanted to start over again with a clean listing. However, try as I might the old settings appears in the program. I have uninstalled the program, looked for residual files and deleted them, and even ran a "powerful scan" with iobit uninstaller to get rid of every vestige of my old install before reinstalling. However, all to no avail. Is there any way to reset everything to how it is on the initial install so I can start "from scratch" or at least delete all the channel mappings so that I can begin again?
I have a small problem of a Scheduled Recording not being scheduled.
I have scheduled a program (Gogglebox) to record on channel 10 (SD) and 10HD (1080i MP4) on 2016-04-14 at 8:30PM.
The only item appearing in Pending Recordings is the item for 10 (SD).
My aim was to check the quality difference after conversion to MP4 at 702x400, but it looks like I may have found a bug
I have attached a copy of my npvr.db3 database if that helps
I hope some one can out the error of my ways
No biggie, but is there a reason for the special Delete Button for Manual Recordings?
Normally scheduled shows don't have one, you have to use the check box?
Was cleaning up the PC recently and saw some errors associated with NDigitalHost.exe as below examples. There are a number of these.
Doesn't seem to affect NPVR but it'd be nice if it didn't happen anyway. Hope the logs go back for enough to the 6th, being the most recent error date.
When I try to watch Live Tv I get a blank screen. I've read through the forums and the most common reason relates MPEG 2 Decoder. It would appear I have decoders that should work, or that have worked for others.
Logs are attached.
TV Tuner is pinnacle PCTV 80e, which next pvr had no problem discovering during set-up.
I am trying to set up a new NMT in a working NPVR environment. I get as far as the NMT booting up correctly to the "Start" menu, I navigate over to the right-most icon, select it, select NPVR, and then the screen just goes black. The NPVR menu never appears.
Here's the output from NMT Syntax Check

I have 2 Hauppage dual tuner cards, with copies for MCE (which is dead and buried) and IPTV (which I don't use), gives me 9 tuners. Only 4 have channels.
Any chance to have an option to "Only show active devices in status window with channels"? So when I click on it, I don't see 9 tuners.
I've seen times where the recording service "stops" and the show lists as having a full 60 minutes according to the guide information, but you can't see the actual real size/duration. I actually saw 30 seconds of the show before it failed, seeing that information in the view of the recording would mean I'd just delete it. On the old PVR, it showed the file size (and you could somewhat get used to the MB used for an hour and so forth), so if you saw 0 beside it, you know there wasn't anything there, or something so short it wasn't all there.
I've also had a station go off the air for a few minutes (not my fault) and the recording just "sat dormant for it to come back", meaning we lost like 15 minutes in the middle of the show. Again, that information would tell us that something went wrong, even though the recording didn't complain there wasn't any signal in the show's duration. So we watched and then it jumped like 15 minutes into the program and had no clue what went wrong, had to go back to Explorer and right click on the TS for it to see how much time was in it, wasn't 60 mins.
