I've been running GBPVR for a couple of weeks and so far, am very pleased with it. However, the hard disc in the PVR PC died and, following replacement and reinstallation of XP etc., I cannot view newly recorded programs from DVB-T. However, they playback fine in Media Player 10. I've searched the forum and cannot find anything that relates to my issue, but that may be down to operator error. System spec:

Sempron 2800+, 768MB RAM, 80GB disc
Hauppauge PVR-150 and Nova-T PCI cards
XP SP2, Intervideo Mux reported by BDA Mux checker
GBPVR configured to use MS-DVR mux, software MPEG decoder selected for MPEG-2 playback, using Intervideo video and audio decoders.

Can you try playing a file, then post your gbpvr.exe-native.log file?

Quote:19:56:30.578 VERBOSE Graph contains the following filters:
19:56:30.578 VERBOSE - Default DirectSound Device
19:56:30.578 VERBOSE - Video Renderer
19:56:30.578 VERBOSE - Nero Mpeg Video Decoder
19:56:30.578 VERBOSE - MPEG Audio Decoder
19:56:30.578 VERBOSE - D:\GBPVR\A History of Britain by Simon Schama\A History of Britain by Simon Schama_20051216_11001200.dvr-ms
I'd have to guess its somehow related to the Nero MPEG-2 decoder. Try a different decoder.

I had selected Intervideo as the decoder in config, but that wasn't making any difference. However, removing Nero Vision Express has done the trick - I'll use a different machine for editing videos.

Thanks, Sub.
