Deleting default capture source

Its possible I had a capture source in the database at the time I packaged up the release. If this is the case, it wasnt intentional. If so, you can probably just ignore it.

If you dont care about the current contents of your database, you could try deleting the gbpvr.mdb and hopefully it'll recreate an empty.

I tried this and when the databse got recreated the same capture source was created. And again, I could not delete it. I would really prefer to not have to install an older version if I could help it.

The problem I had was when after deleting the default capture source the config app would hang upon exiting the app. I then would have to ctrl-alt-delete and close it down. A bit of a pain.

Ok, I'll make sure this capture source isnt present in the next release.
