My bad. I read a couple of weeks ago that you weren't gonna fix it in the next release. So I didn't check it thouroughly. I'll check tonight.
Regards,
Edwin

I have nearly the same combination running, my only problem is the remote from the PVR350.
You can find my exact configuration at: www.pvrstat.de

@ rowyourboat

I'm also running the Pundit-R in combination with the PVR-350 and a PVR-150 MCE. Remote on the PVR-350 is working like a charm. What is the problem with your remote ?

I'm also using a Megavideo55 from Marmitek to transport the GUI and sound to other TV's in my house. Works fine and the response is a quite bit faster than the Media MVP.

I'm also running 09.08, and I'll try to enable the PVR-150 tonight to check if they will work together.
Regards,
Edwin

Allright then. I enabled the PVR-150 MCE in GB-PVR and after some fiddling, it works !!! :-)

The bad news, however, is that the remote doesn't work anymore. It did work on version 0908 without the PVR-150MCE enabled.

I get an error "failed to initialise Infrared Remote hardware"

Direct access to the remote is disabled.
Anyway to get the remote to work with both cards enabled [Image: rock.gif]

As an alternative, I have an Irman IR receiver lying around somewhere. Before I start looking for it, is it supported in GB-PVR [Image: rock.gif]

Edwin

As long as the Hauppauge software is giving you the "failed to initialise Infrared Remote hardware" message, it doesnt matter what settings you choose in GB-PVR, the remote wont work. You really need get the remote working with the Hauppauge software before trying GB-PVR.

This specific error seems quite common for people adding a PVR150/500 to a machine with an older card. There has been some discussion about the problem on http://www.shspvr.com/forum

I think reinstalling the devices & drivers, with the device having the IR hardware installed last, has helped some people.
