Anyone have this problem? My recordings and live tv viewing have an issue where anything moving looks kind of like it's being looked at through a moving screen-door, kind of a grid effect. Can this be codec related/interlacing related, or is it just a normal thing? I use a pretty high bitrate using a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2 tuner that I just set up today. I am using a nero decoder for the video, and the Hauppauge's decoder for the audio. My deinterlacer is "encoder pass-through". Any ideas?
. I zipped it since the max attachment size isn't big enough for the filetype. This is during a slight camera pan with the audience clapping. The main subject of the shot is the contestant, who is lowering his head.
