Trouble with Playback and PVR-350

After finding this site and doing some research it sounds like I may have jumpped the gun when I purchased my 350 card. Anyway I have GB-PVR installed and can see and program the guide through the TV out card just fine. However, when I select a recording for playback it doesn't play on either the TV or PC Monitor.

Any help with GB-PVR config recommendations for the PVR-350 card would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I'm nearly there.

Have you tried different vmr-overlay-decoder settings?
Did you select hardware-(tv-out) or software-(pc-screen) decoding?
Did you install Wintv, if so, does that work? Did you install Hauppauge drivers?
