Capture Sources, Cant save it

Hello,

I just tried to update from v0.14 to v0.16 (i thought it was time for an update, and see what's new, everything worked for me before, well, as far as everything can work if u use the PVR 350 tvout)
But now im stuck at configuring the capture sources, when i add one, and add the correct recording source, and EPG source. Then i close the program (by clicking twice on OK). And open it again, so that can update EPG, but when i open the program again, then the line in capture resources is gone :/. I guess im doing something wrong, cause i seem the only one with problems with this. I looked at the documentation, but that couldnt help me.

If you send me your config.exe.log I should be able to spot why. You didn't try to keep your gbpvr.mdb or config.xml between releases did you? Some people have tried this and got a similar error because these files were no longer of the correct version.

You need to uninstall the previous version before installing the new one.

I cant mail it to you yet, cause im not home.

And no i didn't do an uninstall, i just moved the directory of the 0.14 installation to another place (to have a backup), i thought that that would be enough. I try more when im back home, and i will send you that file then.

That was the problem. I had to completely uninstall it first, and then everything works fine again.

Crazyx, you mentioned in the machine specs thread that you've not been able to get audio working. The PVR350 isn't capable of playing MP3s, but you can get it to work by looping the PVR350 audio out back to the line in on the pc, and going from the line out to the tv/amp.

Use the forums search feature, as this was discussed hear recently (last couple weeks).
