mapping the F7 key to the remote

It depends what remote you have. If it's a Hauppauge, you can map it in c:\windows\irremote.ini

I have the hauppauge 45 button. Default section where I changed the GREENPWER button to open GB-PVR I also tried GO = {f7} and RED = {f7} neither worked in the irremote.ini file. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you restart the Hauppauge IR app?

I ended up mapping it to the radio button. It's odd that I could not map it in the default section and that I have to go to the botton portion of the ini file to map it. But it works so I am happy. Thanks for the help Sub.
