Can anyone please help with this or point me to a link with the info?

What's the best way to set up two Capture Sources on a single WinPVR 350 card?

One is Antenna and one is Composite from an external Sky Digibox. At the moment I just have a single XMLTV data file which includes all the channels. There are approx. 5 on the Antenna and the rest (about 10) on the Digibox. Do I have to set up two separate 'grabbers' for the XMLTV listings with one data file having only the Antenna channels and the other only the Digibox ones? Will the TV Guide combine both Sources' XMLTV data?

I'm using an MCE Remote 2005 model 2A with IR blasters and I've selected that option in the Channel Changer section. Do I just have to change my Channel numbers to the three digit numbers used by the Digibox, and will the MCE remote driver handle the rest? I tried a quick setup and it didn't seem to work, although it did run me through a 1-10 and 'enter' learning process.

Thanks.

The easiest way is to just leave things as they are. Have one XML source file for both cap. sources with all the channels you want in it, but disable the channels that you don't want each cap. source to handle. It works fine for me - I have one XML file with all the analogue and digital channels I want but I disable the digital channels on my analogue cap. sources.

Can't advise on the IR Blaster stuff - I've never used one.

Cheers,
Brian

Thanks a lot Brian.

I think what I tried was to delete the channels in GBPVR.

I'll try the disable option.

Brian,

I tried what you suggested, but one thing I noticed immediately is that as soon as I 'Update EPG' all my disabled channels from the XMLTV list are 'enabled' again.

Am I missing something, or does the same happen for you?

No - it doesn't happen to me - I've just tried it. Not sure what would cause that, sorry.

Cheers,
Brian
