No other keypresses seem to repeat. Will turn it off in config.xml anyway so no worries, maybe someone else will reproduce it some time.

I just double checked here and seems to toggle on/off for me nicely.

Hi Sub,

I'm having the same problem not being able to turn off the subtitles. I've just done a clean install of 9808 (deleted devnz folder & cleaned out registry) after I was having choppy playback with the previous upgraded installation.

I'm in the UK using a hauppauge Nova-t USB2 (2.5e drivers), nVidia GF4 Ti4200 (84.21 reference drivers), SB Audigy 4 (oem) with latest drivers, in ASUS A7N8X-E deluxe motherboard with nForce2 ultra400 chipset.

I'm just about to have another delve into config.xml to check that last setting you mentioned.

Don't know if it's of any importance, but I've got GB-PVR installed on drive E: and the recording & live buffer directories on drive V:

BTW thanks for all your hard work both on GB-PVR itself AND your support here on the forum, it is much appreciated.

Followup: Setting <BDAEnableDvbSubtitles>false</BDAEnableDvbSubtitles> in Config.xml does the trick.

I'm having the same problem. CTRL-Y on the keyboard doesn't work (I don't use a remote). The only thing that works is too switch them off permanently in the config.
