Using Composite input with GBPVR?

Hi,


I am wanting to transfer Camcorder tape to my PC and would like to use GBPVR.

My card is a Hauppauge HVR1300.

I have added another Capture Source called Composite, used the Direct Recording Plugin and selected Composite (external 1) as the source.

How do I find the footage as it is played on the tape through the Composite Input, I have tried the tuning assistant but it only seems to find the Co-Ax cable analog TV channels?

Found it, Channel 95!!

Jusy have to tweak settings now to improve picture quality if I can

I did similar. Created an external source (composite). Then set the xmltv to an xml file I created.

Inside the xml file I said channel name video - channel number 99.

Then after an update epg that channel shows up, and it's running direct off the composite connection (which happens to be plugged into a video player).
