I'm having similar problems and I have an nVidia card. I wonder if this has something to with another bug I've seen discussed in the forums that was related to some faulty nVidia driver (my north-bridge and video card are both nVidia).

I'm running 99.12
VMR9 Custom (fullscreen)
nVidia 7300GS graphics card

I don't want to encourage people to clutter the thread but if sub thinks it's beneficial maybe it would be interesting to see if there is common hardware involved (specifically nVidia North-Bridge/video cards).

I'm currently having this problem and use an ATi card. I've seen it with an nVidia card I have too.

Don't suppose you've had a chance to look into this, have you Sub?
I'd hate to be stuck on 99.5 for ever...

For what it's worth, I was just tinkering this afternoon and confirmed that it happens with both ATi and nVidia cards. I had a better nVidia to stick in my PVR (replaced an ATi) and it still happened. Maybe of minor note: I tried VMR9 Full Screen Exclusive and had the exact same issues. VMR9 works okay, but I'm also one of those users where when using it, my LiveTV is shifted to the right so can't stay on it. :-P

You'll have to just try it in the next release and let me know. I've got no plans to go back and make a fix for v0.99.12 relating to this. Sorry.
