Some innocuuous WINXP application event viewer errors?

Not sure if these are critical or not (doesn't "seem" to affect GBPVR...), but I get the following application event viewer errors for

#1 there is a few posts about this. I'm not sure what causes it, but it seems to be tied into web admin somehow.
