Hi,

Is there any way to prioritize to use one capture card over another? Because right now I have two analogs along with a QAM. And on the channels that are enabled on the QAM, I would like GBPVR to prioritize recordings to the QAM (BDA) device when it is available.

No matter which way I setup the configuration utility, it seems like it choose the recording device somewhat at random.

Is there anyway to do this?

ie. First recording choice = BDA (HVR-1600 QAM)
Second choice = HVR-1600 analog
Third choice = ATI Theatre 550 analog

Thanks

When chosing a capture source for recording, it works its way down the capture source list looking for an available device with the requested channel. When choosing a capture source for live tv it works in the opposite order, going from the bottom of the list up.

Its also worth noting this capture card selection takes place at scheduling time, so recordings you've already got scheduled in the pending list will still record on the originally allocated tuner.
