Problems getting provider using MCEXML

Hello,

I've downloaded the latest version of gbpvr. This is my first installation on
a Vista Ultimate OS. I'm following the instuctions for installing MCEXML.
After putting my postal code and clicking get providers button, I receive 0 providers available.

Can anyone help me, any help would be much appreciated.
