Quality settings independent for each capture source?

I've got 3 pvr150s and one I use for satTV & antTV both. I've got 4 cap sources and I changed the quality settings on only the satTV source and now all sources are recording at the same bit rates. I would sort of expect this to happen to the other source on the tuner I made changes to, but not the other cards.

No big deal, just would like to know how it's supposed to work.

Can the quality settings of sat-tv be changed at all? I thought the stream is delivered as is by the sat.

if hes capturing through the input of of pvr150 them its an analog signal
the quality setting refer to all pvr150 cards installed
but what you can do is change the quality of each recording from medium to whatever
medium is the default setting that gbpvr uses if you dont set it to anything higher or lower

soif you know certain programs are going to be recorded off the sat box/ linein on the pvr150 when you program from the epg you could choose a different quality to record
