well the problem is back because the sites doesnt support the output type of the epgdata.xml file
is there anything gbpvr wise i can do to make it search hebrew titles again?

I'm not aware of anything I could do differently on the GB-PVR side.

Is your output encoding trick no longer working?

it worked perfectly untill the site that the software retrieves the epg data changed their encoding.
so i guess i am stuck in the middle

To be honest, I have no idea. You're the only occurance I've heard of, so its not a problem I'm that familiar with. Given your past success with the xml encoding, I'm pretty sure the problem is with the xml file, not GB-PVR or SQLite - so thats probably the place you need to seek a fix for.
