If you'd prefer you analog device isnt used and that the app would favour your HVR4000 and HVR2200 digital tuner for all recording and live tv, then only enable the analog channels that you dont get via the other source (ie, Prime). This way everything else will be digital.

Alternatively you could do what pBS suggests here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=35324

nickywicky Wrote:ok thanks sub, but if I change the order then I'll get the analogue source used first when recording.

I'm now thinking along the lines of a utility that say duplicates my tvguide.xml file and then say replacing all the ...
<channel id="tv3">
<display-name>TV3</display-name>
with
<channel id="tv3ana">
<display-name>TV3 Ana</display-name>

and then all the programmes where it says.....
channel="tv1"

with
channel="tv1ana"

Would this should give me a whole new series of channels I guess for just the analogue tuner?

Actually I've just noticed in another thread member pBS has a much more elegant solution to the same problem.

Hey guys I have one more question... I have 3 tuners and one of them for some reason has screwed up audio on channels 2 and 5 but the other 2 tuners have no issue at all, So I want to know if I just disable those two channels on that card it would force whatever needs to be recorded on those channels to be on the good cards correct?

Thanks,
Blue
