Schedules Direct Problem

I am not sure this is a Schedules Direct Problem but

I can log into Schedules Direct and ehrn I update epg it succeeds.

but when i check out the tv guide there is nothing there.

A little more info please . . . are you using the built in schedules direct or are you using some other source or enhancer with the xml plugin? If using the xml plugin then the first thing I would check is if I have the correct file being loaded. <- those setting are in the config utility with the capture source setup.

Also check the date is set correctly on you PC. A common cause of this problem is the user having the wrong month set on their PC.

I am using 1.3.7 along with Schedules Direct built-in.

EPG updates appear successful, I have set up a channel line-up properly in Schedules Direct, but when I view the TV Guide it has no listings. I also made sure the EPG channel mappings are setup correctly, but no change. My channel line-up that I setup on the Schedules Direct has more channels than made the "enabled" channels, but since I mapped them, I would not think that was a problem.

Are there any quick alternatives to schedules direct that are known to work? I just want to have listings...

I attached the log file for the update sequence. From what I can tell it looks like everything worked, but the channel information isn't populating.

Yeah, that log shows that it worked. The only possible problem I can see is one channel seems to be missing a name:

Can you post your -native log as well from the time of the EPG update?

Ok, so I blew away the capture source and rebuilt it from scratch and it works like a dream now. I am guessing something got corrupted and that blank channel was inserted.
