My set-up:
Server: HVR-1600 installed. Using analogue S-Video to connect to STB. Using Hauppauge blaster to control STB.
Clients: Wired network gb-pvr clients.

Basically everything is working, and the server can watch live TV and change channels in 1-2 seconds. The clients can also watch live TV and change channels.

What's the problem?
Every TV action on the client computers makes gb-pvr (on the client) hang at a blank screen for about 10 seconds, and then everything works fine.

For example, to start live TV takes 10 seconds. To change channels takes 10 seconds (plus 1-2 seconds for the actual channel change). Pausing takes 10 seconds. Going back to the guide or menu takes 10 seconds. Basically any action to do with live TV causes the program to hang for 10 seconds, during which nothing happens.

Any ideas what is causing the clients to hang and how to fix the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Not an expert on this, but it happens the same to me. So I think is something about the way streaming is configured..
