Best tv/capture card

Hi,

I guess I need to purchase a new tv tuner/capture card. Which are recomended for the GBPVR software, and at a reasonable price?

For digital reception? Or through a set top box?

Looing at google, looks like South Africa uses DVB-T - so something like a hauppauge device:

(such as hvr-1700 or 2200)
