How to capture teletext subtitle to srt in "UTF-8 or Unicode"?

I use GB-PVR to record Live-TV and can capture teletext subtitle to srt file. This subtitle is in german, so some special characters like Ã¶ Ã¤ Ã¼ Ã cannot displayed because the file is not stored in unicode or utf-8. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
