Hi all,

I am using GBPVR as an MVP server. With this combination I have a digital PVR.

I am using another program to record programs and dump it into a common folder. From there GBPVR uses that folder to play the recorded videos to my TV.

Now I would like to erase the recordings from my HDD using the MVP, But I point the recordings to that folder and GBPVR doesn't see any files in that folder.

Any help is appricated

The "Recordings" part of GB-PVR will only see recordings that *it* recorded & added to it's database. I believe there are other video plugins (My Videos?, xRecord?) that can do what you're looking to do.
P4 3.0 Ghz (hyperthreaded), 1024 MB DDR
XP Pro SP2
20 GB system drive
2x 250 GB data drives, RAID 0
Hauppauge PVR-350
Hauppauge PVR-150MCE
Hauppauge PVR-500
3x Hauppauge MediaMVP

The Video Archive, XRecord and My Videos plug-in will all do this. The built-in Video Library plug-in will also display these files. The difference is that the first 3 plug-ins listed treat recordings and other videos in the same way. The built-in plug-ins treat them diffrently (Recordings for recordings and Video Library for other files).
