"Your EPG source does not seem to be configured correctly. Please check the EPG source settings and try again..."

I keep getting this error over and over. I have no idea why. I have tried removing the EPG entry and I have even created an additional account with Zap2it. Nothing seems to work. When I attempt to update the EPG entry it starts to check for listings (Requesting Listing information from Zap2it.com.) I can see that data is being transferred. It then says (Processing Zap2it Listings.) It is right after this that I get this error: "Your EPG source does not seem to be configured correctly. Please check the EPG source settings and try again..." Well I have checked the settings and can not see anything that is set up wrong. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance!

Try it again, then email over your config.exe.log and I'll take a look. Send it to support@devnz.com

Have you ever been able to update your EPG this way? I have seen this error message when I was dialled into work and so it could not see the zap2it website. When browseing the internet do you need to set up a proxy server?

And I guess can you log into zap2it with your user details at labs.zap2it.com. Just incase there is a problem at the other end,

cheers,
Colin.

Its something to do with the CMTVP not being listed in a channel line-up. I've not seen this happen in the zap2it data before. I've made sure that this situation wont cause this problems in the next release. For now you may just want to try logging into the zap2it site and disabling CMTVP in your channel line up.
