TV card not recognized correctly; some .NET exceptions

I decided to give a try to the GB-PVR.

At first - it detected only dvb-t part of my hybrid Kworld 210SE, and it was detected as KWORLD 220 Philips Digital Tuner.

But I was glad to see that scannig found all the DVB-T channels I wanted. The only problem - I could not map them to my channel list. When clicking checkboxes I got first this:

When clicked Continue I was able to proceed. Then I closed and reopened the channel list again and this time I was able to mark the needed channels.

Is it a bug?

My OS: Windows 7.

Hmm, I'm not really sure what would cause that. If you delete the capture source and recreate it, does the problem reoccur?

Recreated the source and went through exactly the same steps as the first time, but no crashes this time. Then I guess it was some glitch in .NET framework
