Im looking for a way to add more remote features to gbpvr. Currently the home key .. even when in gbpvr opens cyberlink's powercinema. (this can prolly be stopped by uninstalling powercinema...
Same with when i press my red green yellow or blue buttons (dvd/vcd ,music,pictures,videos, respectfully)
They open powercinema and bring me to those sections.
Is there a way to map the home key and these buttons to gbpvr ?completely
Right now with some of the plugins you need to press a yellow or red button to go forward or backwards. Or in GBpvr live tv to bring up the info.. I can easilly disable powercinema like i said but id like to figure out a way to make those options powercinema had work for gbpvr thatd be pretty good.

I was annoyed about the home key too; my solution was to write a one-line .exe console program using visual basic that launches gbpvr and then replace the pcm3.exe with it (since the home key just runs the Power Cinema executable)

You can download a free trial version of visual basic 2005 from microsoft.
Make sure you're creating a console application and just write a line like(it prompts you as you type):
process.start(path to gbpvr .exe)

build the exe, rename it PCM3.exe and drop it in the powercinema directory
(note: somewhere in this process my gbpvr config lost some of my misc. setting info; no big deal to reset)

Sounds like a good idea ill hafta to try this weekend ..(when uploads/downloads are going)
I have downloaded a free trial almost 2 years ago.. hope i still can.Should be able since its 05 version

Are you guys using a hauppauge remote or a Power Cinema one? I assume it is a Power Cinema one, as otherwise you can easily change any remote commands by editing the irremote.ini file in the windows directory, including setting program-specific commands/universal ones etc.
