Stuck on 96.12 - anything newer stutters

I've spent more hours configuring GBPVR than I have watching it this week Sad

There *must* be something different in the code, its the only logical explanation.

My feeling is that it's .Net 2.0

sub didn't change the code between 96.x and 97.x for this part of the system, but he did change to .Net 2.0

Armed with this hunch, I don't know what to do about it !
