Fatal Unhandled Exception - SQLite

In 98.08 I am getting the following error in the gbpvr.exe log:

library routine called out of sequence
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLite3.Close()
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteConnection.Close()
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteConnection.Dispose(Boolean disposing)
at System.ComponentModel.Component.Finalize()

It is accompanied by an entry in the Windows event log:

Event Type clr20r3, P1 gbpvr.exe, P2 1.0.2445.27502, P3 33, P4 system.data.sqlite, P5 1.0.30.1, P6 44a7e70d 11f, P8 2e, P9 system.data.sqlite.sqlite, P10 NIL

This seems to be occurring when I log off and shut down the PC. The next time I restart the machine everything looks o.k. Should I be stopping the gbpvr & recording services before shutting down? Or, is there an sqlite problem waiting to explode?

Please, could you have a look within your channelsetup within config? I have SQL Problems too, and after every error of this kind, my channelnumbers doubles itself (32 -> 64 -> 96)

Must be a different issue. My channels are fine in config.
