No, not really. Some people have done it by adding entries to the C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\BDA\*.cache files, but its not a method supported by me, and you'll most likely not have all the info needed for these entries. Even if you do get them in there, you'll probably find it'll still BSOD after a couple of channel changes.
You'd probably be better off trying to look into the cause of the BSOD (module name etc), and report the problem to the party at fault (most likely either Hauppauge or video card manufacturer).
