DVD Playing

I know you cant play DVD from GBPVR on a HP 350 card (DVD menu wont appear), but i have installed the DVD RIPPER plagin with DVD Decrypter as needed, this seems to work on pulling a DVD to the hard drive from GBPVR.

I have a VIDEO link set up so i can see the DVD on the hard drive and comes up with "FOLDERNAME.DVD" but i cant play the contents... how is this possible??

By link do you mean a "Windows shortcut"? I don't think shortcuts work as well as "symbollic links" do under *nix

Have you tried going to the actual directory location and playing it from there?

Sorry for the slow response. I didnt see your questions when you originally posted.

The DVD RIPPER plugin wont do the job. You need to use the DVD2MPG plugin.

All give the DVD2MPEG a go..... Will this rip all the SURROUND sound out or will it be left in so the HIFI can decode it?
