USB-UIRT zones

I'm using usbuirtsend.exe to transmit a signal to my cable box. I know that the USB-UIRT has the potential for 3 zones, and I would like to add another cable box. Does anybody know if there is a way to use usbuirtsend.exe to select the zone to use, or would I have to use dedicated software to control it this way?

Sorry this is a little late but:

You add a z# after the remote digit, as in z1, z2, z3 for the three USBIRT zones
