Video Playback problem

Can no longer play a video on pc. It just sits there. Tried repairing, rebooting pc..Nothing. Any ideas

The above snippet of log is fine. Try a different MPEG2 decoder.

I try the cyberlink power dvd which always plays fine but still no luck looks like i have a hardware problem..
