Windows 2019 hardening 2.3.1.6

Hello, so I’m trying to apply hardening through ansible on windows 2019 server image. So patch 2.3.1.6 is giving me problems (rename guest account), It says it’s changed on the during my debug ansible output but when I run a scan, it says it’s failed. Does anyone know any gpos that could be interfering with this? Or why it’s doing this?https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/

I recommend you create an account if you want use a different service account, renaming the guest account does not change any permissions that was set before you renamed it, you can run the PowerShell command below to dump out a GPO html report that is easy to read.
