Xrecord - cancel recording?

I cannot find a "cancel" button in Xrecord. Am I just overlooking it?

It is probably called delete.

But that is not the same thing. Delete would delete the recording I would think. WHile cancel would cancel it additional recording time

If you delete a pending recording it is the same as cancelling it. It will not get recorded. I am not sure what you mean by "additional recording time"

Say I am recording a program and it is supposed to end at 8pm and it ends at 7:30pm. With "cancel" I can go in and cancel the recording so it stops while retaining the file.
It is a feature in the regular "recording" that comes in GBPVR

I just call into the recording service api telling it to cancel. I dont have control of whom deletes that file.
