Playback and pause liveTV issues?...

Hi everybody. First off, GBPVR is great!!!
but I have a few, albeit probably newbie, questions.

I recorded some shows using the PVR function...tried playing them back in GBPVR and Windows Media Player...in both of them, I can't fast forward at all!
However, when I use PowerDVD (prog from my DVD+RW) I can fast forward no problem!

am I missing a codec or something?
I'm running WinXP Pro SP2.

The other thing is that in LiveTV, I can pause it but I can't seem to fast forward in there either!
um....also.... Where do I install commskipp and plugins?
and lastly, when I look for skins in the config, I only have one skin installed! Isn't it supposed to come with 3?....

What MPEG2 decoders do you have installed on your machine? These are the most likely cause of your problem.

No. It only comes with the 'blue' skin.
