Over The Air Playback Need feedback

when recording kings. heroes ,and when playing back show goes from file to tiny with checkered color boxed borders have tried diffident video decoders and renders still the same results have done screen capture jpg

does not do it to most recorded show ,most will playback fine does it some times in commercials thinking maybe maybe ota protections of certain shows

hmm, it's obvious that the entire picture is being squished 50% vertically. Are you using an nVidia card? I remember some nVidia users had problems like this. Try changing the aspect ratio by hitting F7, and update your video card drivers.

and there's no protection OTA.

yes i am nVidia Ge Force 9500 gt

f 7 did not work for problem

I remember this happening to my setup before. It definately had something to do with the renderer and video codecs used. But I'm sorry that I can't remember exactly what the problem was as it was a couple of years ago when I was first setting up my system.
