'Attempted to read or write protected memory' with Hotfix installed

Thanks for the ideas, I've dropped the number of mvps down to 3 to see if that has an effect. If not, I do have a number of similar machines in the office so will see if I can swap the memory and see if that helps. Funnily enough, mine is a Dell too.
If all else fails I may mod my exe that runs every 3 mins so that it exports the pending records due to start within the next 4 minutes, so then it can re-add them back in if it fails and has to restart it. A right bodge but it just might work.....
