BlastCfg is Hauppauge software, in the Hauppauge directories somewhere else on your hard drive. It absolutely would not have been removed when you upgraded GB-PVR.

Sorry, I cant help you with that one. As I said, I didnt write the BlastCfg utility. Someone else here that has this same directv receiver might be able to advise you further though.

where do i find the reregisterfilters.bat file? i have looked all over and cannot find it.

It should also be in start-programs-gbpvrWink
