Help w/ Standard Def playback on HDTV

OK,

I did have dscaler set to NV12.

I went back and looked at Task Manager while playing back a recording with both the Intervideo decoder and the dscaler decoder. I was surprised to see that the CPU was actually hit harder with the Intervideo decoder. (Neither was much of an impact though). With the Intervideo decoder I was seeing the CPU spike to 17%. With the dscaler decoder, I was only seeing the CPU spike to around 11%.
