XML TV Problems

It's still 235k when I do that and I can only attatch 19.4k (apparently).

Post your attachment as a zip file. The limit for zip files is quite large.

I just tried your data.xml file here. I created a new capture source, and pointed the XMLTV configuration at your XML file, then clicked the 'Update EPG' button. It imported your BBC1 channel. I could then start GB-PVR and see it in the TV Guide.

Where do you get error messages, and what exactly do they say?

Check out the screenshots I did which are on the previous page to see the message i keep getting. It happens when i try to click the live tv button or the TV Guide button.

Yeah, that is wierd.

Have you tried rebooting? Its possible that database locking is stopping you seeing the channel updates. Other than that, I havnt got any ideas.

I thought screen shots might help in case I'm not mentioning an important detail;

The screen shots are quite small but I'm I right in thinking the 'Enabled' checkbox isn't ticked in the 'Capture Settings' shot?

Ah, yes. I didnt spot that. That'd do it.

It keeps un-checking itself I think. I ticked it, then hit 'update epg', and it unticked, so I re-ticked it and hit ok, but I still got the error in gbpvr. When I opened up the config again it was unticked again

You need to click the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button to scan for the BBC1 channel.

All kinds of crazy crap happened there; here is a (full size) screenshot of what came up;

I set up the card settings to what card I have, a WinTV Nova-T 909.

EDIT; Changing the device number of the card has brought up the mapping window, which is now initialising
EDIT AGAIN; ok, the errors are back, I think it can't find the card
